Booking Rules
- 5 nights or less, RENTAL DEPOSIT must be paid in full at time of booking. A Draft invoice will be sent with the deposit being due with 48 hours of receiving it. Once we receive the deposit, your booking will be confirmed.
- 6 night or more, 50% of RENTAL DEPOSIT must be paid in full at time of booking. Balance due upon arrival. A Draft invoice will be sent with the deposit being due with 48 hours of receiving it. Once we receive the deposit, your booking will be confirmed.
- Damage deposit of $550 due upon arrival. Refunded within 7 business days after check out if unit & inventory is found to be in good order.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 days prior to arrival – NO REFUNDS
- If DEPOSIT is not received within 48 hours of invoicing, the reservation will be CANCELLED

The Outback can sleep up to 10 people. It also has an outdoor kitchen with a small fridge, sink, and 2 burner stove. There is a BBQ that attaches to the back bumper of the trailer. Front queen bedroom, rear quad bunk bedroom. There is also a separate door for the bathroom to access from outside. Unit has a tub/shower combo bathroom. From $165 / night SLEEPS 10

The Commander sleeps 6 and comes with two slide outs, rear queen bedroom. The sofa and dinette make into beds.
